Our philosophy is to spend our time educating the customer so they can make the decisions that are right for them. Once we are all clear about a course of action, we will use our full resources to meet or exceed your expectations. When you first meet a representative from our company he will assess your project, present solutions and options, oversee the work and ensure your satisfaction upon completion. You will need only one contact point within our company for all phases of your project. We feel that if one person is responsible for your satisfaction, he will be motivated to insure it is delivered. Our representatives understand this upon hire and aspire to it.

What is good customer service? In our view it is the delivery of goods and services in a manner that exceeds the customer’s expectations. We mold our customer service policies to meet your needs, not ours. Our standard workmanship warranty is 2 years but in reality, if your project ever fails due to our workmanship, we will always stand behind it.
