An estimate is much more than a price written on a piece of paper. Each project is unique as all homes and commercial buildings are slightly different and the roofing systems must be fabricated from bulk materials. More importantly, each owner has a set of goals they hope to reach with their particular project and these must be taken into consideration as well. Weather the project is as minor as a small roof leak or as major as a full replacement, it is very important that all things are considered and all contingencies are well thought through.
